There is currently over $800 Billion spent on pain and pain syndromes in the United States every year. This is a wide open market! One way to tap into this market is to target High Value Conditions. A High Value Condition is a condition that affects a large percentage of the population, that people are likely to pay for. Your assignment this week is to integrate High Value Conditions into your patient education model. Show your patients the additional conditions from which you can help them find relief. As always, be sure to track your findings! If two weeks from now you have twice as many headache cases, you’ll know that what you’re doing is working.
